Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, platforms, applications, diagnostics, dashboards, educational programmes, workshops, mentoring services, AI-assisted features, digital resources and other services (collectively, the “Services”) operated by SIA LONET, Registration No. 40203091983, registered at Vidzemes aleja 3–63, Rīga, LV-1024, Latvia (“SIA LONET”, “we”, “our” or “us”).

The Services include, but are not limited to, those offered under the brands:

  • Regenerative Human Systems™;
  • Regenerative Life Architecture™;
  • Lonet.Academy; and
  • any other digital products or services operated by SIA LONET.

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Services.

2. Eligibility

The Services are intended only for individuals who are at least 18 years of age.

By using the Services, you represent and warrant that:

  • you are at least 18 years old;
  • the information you provide is accurate and complete;
  • you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

3. Description of the Services

The Services are educational technology services that may include:

  • educational programmes;
  • mentoring;
  • workshops;
  • online courses;
  • digital dashboards;
  • questionnaires;
  • diagnostics;
  • assessments;
  • progress tracking;
  • journals and reflections;
  • AI-assisted educational features;
  • downloadable materials;
  • organisational services;
  • enterprise services; and
  • future digital functionality developed by SIA LONET.

SIA LONET may modify, suspend, replace or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without prior notice.

4. Educational Nature of the Services

All Services are provided exclusively for educational, informational and personal or professional development purposes.

Nothing provided through the Services constitutes:

  • medical advice;
  • psychological therapy;
  • psychiatric services;
  • healthcare;
  • legal advice;
  • financial advice;
  • employment advice;
  • clinical diagnosis;
  • treatment recommendations; or
  • any regulated professional service.

The Services are not intended to diagnose, prevent, monitor or treat any medical or mental health condition.

Users should seek qualified professional advice whenever appropriate.

5. Diagnostic Tools and Assessments

The diagnostics, questionnaires, indices, reports, dashboards, scores and educational assessments provided through the Services are proprietary educational tools developed by SIA LONET.

They are designed to support learning, reflection and development.

They are not validated clinical, psychological, psychiatric or medical assessments unless expressly stated otherwise.

The results:

  • should not be interpreted as medical or psychological diagnoses;
  • should not be used as the sole basis for important personal or business decisions;
  • must not be relied upon for recruitment, promotion, dismissal, disciplinary action or employment decisions;
  • are intended to support learning rather than replace professional judgement.

Employers remain solely responsible for all employment and organisational decisions.

6. AI-Assisted Services

Certain Services may use artificial intelligence to generate summaries, reports, interpretations, educational insights, recommendations or other outputs.

AI-generated outputs:

  • are automatically generated;
  • may contain inaccuracies or omissions;
  • are educational in nature;
  • should always be evaluated using independent judgement.

SIA LONET does not make solely automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects on individuals.

7. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You agree to:

  • keep your password secure;
  • notify SIA LONET promptly of unauthorised access;
  • ensure that information associated with your account remains accurate.

You remain responsible for all activity conducted through your account.

8. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the Services responsibly and lawfully.

You shall not:

  • provide false information;
  • impersonate another person;
  • interfere with platform security;
  • attempt unauthorised access;
  • copy or reverse engineer proprietary systems except where expressly permitted by law;
  • upload malicious software;
  • misuse diagnostics;
  • share paid content without authorisation;
  • use the Services for unlawful purposes.

9. Independent Judgment

You acknowledge that all decisions made following the use of the Services remain your sole responsibility.

This includes decisions relating to:

  • employment;
  • leadership;
  • organisational development;
  • wellbeing;
  • education;
  • business;
  • finance;
  • legal matters; and
  • personal development.

SIA LONET is not responsible for decisions taken by users or third parties based on information, reports or recommendations generated through the Services.

10. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Services remain the exclusive property of SIA LONET or its licensors.

This includes, without limitation:

  • Regenerative Human Systems™;
  • Regenerative Life Architecture™;
  • educational frameworks;
  • methodologies;
  • questionnaires;
  • diagnostics;
  • assessment structures;
  • scoring methodologies;
  • dashboards;
  • reports;
  • educational materials;
  • videos;
  • worksheets;
  • graphics;
  • software;
  • source code;
  • databases;
  • AI prompts;
  • intervention libraries;
  • tracking systems; and
  • all related content.

No ownership rights are transferred to users.

Subject to these Terms, SIA LONET grants users a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to access and use the Services solely for their intended purposes.

11. User Content

Users retain ownership of personal content that they submit to the Services.

By submitting such content, you grant SIA LONET a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, process, store and use that content solely for:

  • providing the Services;
  • improving the Services;
  • maintaining user accounts;
  • research and development in accordance with the Privacy Policy; and
  • complying with legal obligations.

12. Fees and Refunds

Certain Services are offered for a fee.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law:

  • digital products and digital Services become non-refundable once access has been provided; and
  • access is deemed to occur upon the earliest of: completion of registration; issuance of account credentials; first access to any dashboard, assessment, AI feature or digital resource; or commencement of any diagnostic or assessment.

Corporate services are governed by separate written agreements.

13. Research and Product Improvement

SIA LONET may use anonymised or aggregated information to:

  • improve the Services;
  • develop new methodologies;
  • conduct research;
  • perform benchmarking;
  • improve educational content;
  • improve AI-assisted functionality;
  • produce statistical analyses; and
  • support academic or scientific publications.

No individual user will be identified through anonymised or aggregated information.

14. Privacy

Personal data is processed in accordance with the SIA LONET Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

15. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SIA LONET disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties relating to:

  • accuracy;
  • completeness;
  • uninterrupted availability;
  • fitness for a particular purpose;
  • merchantability;
  • educational outcomes; and
  • suitability for any specific objective.

SIA LONET does not guarantee that use of the Services will produce any particular personal, professional, organisational or commercial outcome.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SIA LONET shall not be liable for:

  • indirect or consequential damages;
  • loss of profits;
  • loss of revenue;
  • loss of business opportunities;
  • reputational damage;
  • employment decisions;
  • organisational decisions;
  • reliance on diagnostic results;
  • reliance on AI-generated outputs;
  • medical, psychological or wellbeing outcomes;
  • interruption of business;
  • data loss caused by third-party providers;
  • internet failures;
  • cyberattacks beyond SIA LONET’s reasonable control; or
  • force majeure events.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.

17. Suspension and Termination

SIA LONET may suspend or terminate access to the Services immediately where a user:

  • breaches these Terms;
  • engages in unlawful activity;
  • infringes intellectual property rights;
  • compromises platform security; or
  • misuses the Services.

Termination does not affect any rights or obligations accrued before termination.

18. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia.

Before commencing legal proceedings, the parties agree to make reasonable efforts to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiations.

If no resolution is reached, the dispute shall be submitted to the courts of the Republic of Latvia, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.

19. Changes to the Terms

SIA LONET may amend these Terms from time to time.

The updated version becomes effective upon publication unless a later effective date is specified.

Continued use of the Services after publication constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
